We advised on new torus skirting to allow the floor to be seamlessly fitted around the rooms. This eliminates the need for scotia or beading around the room which we try to avoid where allowed.
With the floor flowing through all of the downstairs it meant there were many obstacles to overcome to make the flooring look seamless throughout. Removing the skirting made it much easier and resulted in a fitter floor that looked like the room was built around it.
