Has there been any water damage to the sub floor in the past that you are aware of?
Please describe the layout of the room(s) in as much detail as possible. For example, are there any bay windows, fire places, patio doors, are the rooms adjacent and will you require the floor to run smoothly throughout each room or are there rooms in between that will not be fitted with wooden flooring?
Are there any doorways that will meet a different floor covering or height? For example, will the floor meet a kitchen floor that has tiles on?
